Better Beginnings Educational Support Materials

Better Beginnings program is part of the State Library of Western Australia and is delivered to public libraries across the state. They aim to support the development of literacy from babies to children by providing free access to educational materials.

Alongside the Better Beginnings free reading packs, educational materials were needed to be designed to help support learning with the packs. I was provided original artwork from A is for Australian Animals by Frané Lessac to create sticker sheets, popstick puppets as well as an educational PDF with tips and facts that go along with the book. I illustrated a colouring sheet to go with the stickers, as well as one for each letter of the alphabet that are to be available online to print at home.
